Welcome to the Chair for Landscape Management

The Chair for Landscape Management at the  Faculty of Environment and Natural Ressources of the  University of Freiburg has been conducting research on the anthroposphere from 1979 to 2016. The focus of the chair was not only on the ecology of landscapes, but also on the human inhabitants. Research at the chair, therefore, is comprised of forest and watercourse studies, as well as research concerning social geography.
